Shipping
We ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment but in many cases are able to ship the next day.
Shipping of decorative non-adhesive window films takes additional 7 days to process.
You will be notified if an order is back ordered with the manufacturer and there will be a delay in getting the item to you.
US shipments are sent US Postal Service Mail , 3-5 business days delivery time for most locations.
We do ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
International shipments are sent US Postal Service Air Mail. Delivery times vary to different locations and with customs procedures but in most cases 7 days to 2 weeks is the norm.
Returns/Exchange
We gladly accept most items for return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be posted back within 14 days of receiving them.
- Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and 30% manufacturer's restocking fee applies.
- For prompt and proper credit, request the return form and include it with the return.
However, we cannot accept returns of certain items:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving.
- Any item that is not in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.
- Murals
- Clearance items.
- Wallpaper samples
Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has reached our warehouse for processing. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email to check the current status of your order.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover and Google Checkout from all customers.
US customers may send a personal check or money order. If paid by personal check, shipping may be deferred up to 14 days to allow check to clear before shipping. You can also pay by echeck through paypal.
