Shipping
We ship within 2 business days of receiving payment and in many cases are able to ship the same day.
US shipments are sent US Postal Service Mail , 3-5 business days delivery time for most locations.
We do ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
International shipments are sent US Postal Service Air Mail. Delivery
times vary to different locations and with customs procedures but in
most cases 7 days to 2 weeks is the norm.
Returns/Exchange
We gladly accept all items for return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be posted back within 5 days of receiving them and be received by us within 30 days of purchase date.
- Only uncut, unopened
products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and 30% restocking fee applies.
- For prompt and proper credit, complete the enclosed return form and include with the return.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, MC, AMEX, or Discover from all customers.
US customers may send a personal check or money order. If paid by
personal check, shipping may be deferred up to 10 days to allow check
to clear before shipping. You can also pay by echeck through paypal.
International customers, we will also accept international money order,
Western Union, or equivalent. All payments must be in US Dollars.
